The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $254,496,449 for firm-fixed-ceiling-priced delivery order 0049 under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-11-G-001H) for repair of aircraft flight control surfaces in support of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircrafts.  Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by December 2019.  Fiscal 2016 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $74,200,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was a sole-source pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.320-1.  Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Huntington Ingalls Inc., Pascagoula, Mississippi, is being awarded a $102,123,183 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-12-C-4323) for option exercise for CG 47-class cruisers and DD 963-class destroyers integrated planning yard services.  Ingalls will provide the necessary engineering, technical, planning, ship configuration, data, and logistics efforts for CG 47 and DD 963 lifetime support for both maintenance and modernization.  Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by September 2017.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $945 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code. 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $36,662,336 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract option for design agent and engineering support services for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) upgraded MK-31 Guided Missile Weapon System improvement program.  The MK-31 RAM Guided Missile Weapon System is a cooperative development and production program conducted jointly by the U. S. and the Federal Republic of Germany, under the memoranda of understanding.  Support is required to maintain current weapon system capability, as well as resolve issues through design, systems, software maintenance, reliability, maintainability, quality assurance and logistics engineering services.  Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (99 percent); and Louisville, Kentucky (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2017.  This contract option includes foreign funding in the amount of $2,338,372 from the Federal Republic of Germany as a result of an international agreement with the U. S.. Funding is non-Foreign Military Sales related and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-4 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-4, pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4), this contract was awarded to Raytheon Co. as a sole-source procurement.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity (N00024-15-C-5410).

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $10,226,920 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0007 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-16-G-0001) for the procurement of Distributed Targeting System (DTS) A-kits and Operational Test Program (OPT) sets for F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft for the Navy and the government of Australia.  Kits being procured include 218 DTS A Kits, 31 OPT sets; and 20 fiber optic interface test sets.  Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed August 2020.  Fiscal 2014, 2015, and 2016 aircraft procurement (Navy); and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $10,226,920 are being obligated at time of award, $3,379,103 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This delivery order combines purchases for the Navy ($9,602,165; 94 percent); and the government of Australia ($624,755; 6 percent), under the Foreign Military Sales program.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.


PAE Aviation and Technical Services LLC, Marlton, New Jersey, is being awarded an $8,489,486 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-15-D-0007) for organizational, selected intermediate and limited depot level maintenance services for F-5 F/N aircraft.  Work will be performed in Naval Air Station (NAS) Key West, Florida (40 percent); NAS Fallon, Nevada (30 percent); and Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona (30 percent), and is expected to be completed in July 2017.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy Reserves) funds in the amount of $8,489,486 are being obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
