Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a $103,423,433 fixed-price, firm-fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-15-C-6327) for Joint Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Electronic Warfare, Joint Crew (JCREW) Increment One Build One (I1B1) systems low-rate initial production in support of the Expeditionary Warfare Program Office.  CREW systems provide combat troops protection against RCIEDs. CREW systems are designed to provide protection for foot soldiers, vehicles, and permanent structures.  The Joint CREW I1B1 is the first generation system that develops a common open architecture across all three capabilities and provides protection for worldwide military operations.  This integrated design maximizes commonality across all capabilities, reduce life cycle costs, and provide increased protection against worldwide threats.  JCREW is joint program supporting both Navy and Air Force requirements under the management of Naval Sea Systems Command.  Work will be performed in San Diego, California (53 percent); Beaverton, Oregon (23 percent); Rochester, Minnesota (15 percent); Santa Ana, California (5 percent); and Sierra Vista, Arizona (4 percent), and is expected to be complete by Sept. 28, 2018.  Fiscal 2014 and 2015 other procurement (Navy); and fiscal 2015 and 2016 procurement (USAF) funding in the amount of $103,423,433 will be obligated at time of award.  Funding in the amount of $21,132,145 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

Global Engineering Services Inc.,* San Diego, California (N40192-16-D-2820); M-80 Systems Inc.,* Barrigada, Guam (N40192-16-D-2821); Pacific Industrial Coatings,* Maite, Guam  (N40192-16-D-2822); Pearl Construction Environmental Service Inc.,* Tamuning, Guam (N40192-16-D-2823); and RELYANT Global LLC,* Maryville, Tennessee (N40192-16-D-2824), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas area of responsibility.  The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all five contracts combined is $30,000,000.  The work to be performed provides for minor renovation/modernization and routine minor repair/maintenance projects on Government shore-based facilities in Guam.  The work (task orders) will generally include all supervision, labor, safety controls, transportation, materials, equipment, permit and clearances and other incidental work required to complete the scopes of work.  Occasionally, work may be required at federal or military facilities and installations in the Northern Mariana Islands and the outlying Pacific islands.  RELYANT Global LLC is being awarded task order 0001 at $99,641 for the installation of window shutters (Phase III) for 15 units at Harbor Heights (Lockwood Terrace) Housing Area, Naval Base Guam Apra Harbor.  Work for this task order is expected to be completed by February 2017.  All work on this contract will be performed primarily on Guam.  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of July 2021.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $139,641 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Future task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance (Navy).  This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 14 proposals received.  These five contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., McLean, Virginia, is being awarded $16,286,777 for modification P00016 to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-15-C-0027) to exercise an option for an estimated 137,035 hours of services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s Special Communications Mission Solutions Division.  Services to be provided include engineering, research, design, development, integration, installation, test and evaluation, fielding, analysis, maintenance, material procurements, training, and logistics services for communications-electronics advanced technology systems.  Work will be performed in Lexington Park, Maryland (98 percent); Bethesda, Maryland (1 percent); and Richmond, Virginia (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2017.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds (Marine Corps) in the amount of $750,000 are being obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION:  The contract awarded June 30, 2016, to Adept Process Services Inc., National City, California for $30,291,891 should have read the contract number as N00604-16-C-3013.
