Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, California, Maryland, is being awarded $80,250,156 for modification of delivery order 0006 under a previously awarded contract (N00019-09-D-0008) for repair of various parts on the V-22 aircraft.  This is the final year of performance on a five-year, no option performance based logistics contract.  Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (80 percent); and Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (20 percent).  Work is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2017.  Fiscal 2016 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $80,250,156 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end the current fiscal year.  One company was solicited for this non-competitive requirement in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and one offer was received.  Naval Supply Systems Command Weapons Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $19,004,290 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-15-C-6311, to provide integration services for mission packages that will deploy from and integrate with the Littoral Combat Ship.  This is in support of the Littoral Combat Ships Mission Modules Program Office, Program Executive Office Littoral Combat Ships.  Work will be performed in Bethpage, New York (43 percent); Oxnard, California (18 percent); San Diego, California (14 percent); Washington, District of Columbia (7 percent); Dahlgren, Virginia (6 percent); Panama City, Florida (5 percent); various places below one percent (totaling 5 percent); and outside the continental U. S. (2 percent), and work is expected to be completed by January 2017.   Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation; fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy); fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy); and fiscal 2016 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $8,770,824 will be obligated at time of award and funds in the amount of $4,200,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

Q.E.D. Systems Inc.,* Virginia Beach, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,795,103 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for non-nuclear production trade touch labor services to support upcoming availabilities onboard Virginia and Los Angeles class submarines. The trades include non-nuclear welders, pipefitters, firewatchers, outside machinists, shipwrights, shipfitters, painters, electricians and weight handlers.  This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $30,106,259.  Work will be performed in Kittery, Maine, and is expected to be completed by July 2017.   No funds will be obligated at the time of award.  This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received.  The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, is the contracting activity (N39040-16-D-0001).

Bethel-Webcor JV-1,* Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded $7,970,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0007 under a previously awarded, multiple award, construction contract (N62478-14-D-4001) for repair and renovation of Building 1456 at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam.  The work to be performed provides for replacement of the roofing material system; repair of the mezzanine men's restroom and a first floor women’s restroom to meet accessibility requirements; replacement of roll-up doors, non-functioning high-bay window operating devices, fire alarm system, mezzanine's air conditioning system, suspended acoustical ceiling, suspended drywall ceiling, transformer and associated electrical support, fire sprinkler system; removal of abandoned ducts, pipes, and acid mist fume collector at the steam clean room; and replacement and relocation of an above ground waste tank.  Work will be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by May 2018.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $7,970,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Four proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
